Academician, choreographer and researcher
Born in Ankara 1979 , graduated from Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory Classical Ballet Department with BA. Hon. at 1998. Between 1998-2010 he worked as a soloist dancer at "Ankara State Opera and Ballet", “Contemporary Ballet Company- C.B.C., Istanbul”, “Modern Dance Turkey-M.D.T,Ankara”, “Birim Dance Theater-B.D.T.,Ankara” In 2006 he began to work with Ankara University State Conservatory Dance Department as a Lecturer and he lead the program as head of Modern Dance Branch until 2010. He completed his post graduation M.A. at the Istanbul University Social Sciences Institute Classical Ballet Department. Now he continues his PhD. Program at thesis phase after giving his efficiency exams at the Ankara University Educational Sciences Institute Fine Arts Branch. He still giving classes at Ankara University State Conservatory Stage Arts Department, Ankara University Faculty of Languages, History and Geography Theater Department and Girne American University Performing Arts Faculty Dance Department Beside his academic and dance career he’s working at the Ankara State Ballet Modern Dance Company and the Samsun State Ballet as a teacher and a resident choreographer. Now his professional aim as a freelance choreographer is to make worldwide stage arts projects. And to maintain and improve his choreographic language, he puts a lot of effort in his individual works.
