İsrailli dansçı Itamar Galina, geçtiğimiz sene Kudüs Uluslararası Solo Dans Festivali misafirlik programında Maayan Liebman-Sharon tarafından üretilen ve prömiyeri yapılan “Kelebek Etkisi”ni sergilemeye geliyor. Maayan'ın çalışmaları Tel Aviv Sanat Müzesi ve Moskova Müzesi gibi müze ve galerilerde sergilenmektedir. Yok olma ve iklim değişikliği konularıyla meşgul olan Liebman-Sharon, eserinde çığ, deprem, su altında patlayan volkanlar, suya yıldırım düşmesi gibi olayları inceler. İnsanlığın iklim kriziyle alakalı olarak dönüşen duygusal durumlarını, maddenin doğadaki davranışını ve doğal düzenin hareket eden cisim üzerindeki etkisini dans eden bedene yansıtarak deşifre eder. *Performans, Ankara’daki İsrail Büyükelçiliği işbirliği ile düzenlenmektedir. *Festival, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı tarafından desteklenmektedir. Israeli dancer and musician Itamar Galina is coming to perform "Butterfly Effect”, which was produced and premiered by Maayan Liebman-Sharon at JISDF - Jerusalem International Solo Dance Festival 2022 residency program. Maayan Liebman-Sharon holds a B. Dance degree and an M. Mus degree from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance specializing in choreography. Maayan's work is exhibited at various festivals and residencies in Israel and Europe, as well as in museums and galleries such as the Israel Museum, Haifa Art Museum, Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Museum of Muslim Art and the Moscow Museum. The creator, who has been dealing with the topics of extinction and climate change, examines natural disasters such as avalanches, earthquakes, volcanoes erupting under water, and lightning strikes in the water. It deciphers the transforming physical and emotional states of humanity in connection with the climate crisis, the behavior of matter in nature and the effect of the natural order on the moving body by reflecting it on the dancing body. *The performance is organized in collaboration with the Israeli Embassy in Ankara. *Festival is supported by the Republic of Türkiye, Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
